Check out this amazing band if you´re into classic MOD stuff of the late sixties. You´ve probably heard this before, but these guys sound like the best Small Faces !!! OK, ok, that´s OLD suff and the kids don´t know them (??) what about a GOOD version of Ocean Colour Scene? Anyway... Elephant Band have a strong sixties´ pop sensibility, and a subtle psychedelic aproach to their swirling melodies. Their first full length "For Cold Days " on Animal Records is totally out of print, but rang all the bells in Mod-dom (they played everywhere, from Germany to the Isle of Wight !!). This is their second album, and here you can catch them at their peak.
