Members play or come from famous bands such as Fundación Tony Manero, Los Van Van, NG La Banda, Chocodelia Internacional, Los Manolos, etc…. Los Fulanos is the only group around today (in Spain) that’s bringing back boogaloo –that fantastic style born from the fusion of Latin rhythms and the funk-soul of the 60s New York Diaspora -the major champions of which were Ray Barretto, Joe Bataan, Willie Colon, Joe Cuba, Mongo Santamaria, Pete Rodriguez, Willie Bobo, etc...
