MULETRAIN 'The Ansar E.P.' (7")

In April of 2007 Muletrain locked themselves in their practice space with their instruments and recording gear, and with Screaming Mario Loco at the wheels they recorded nine new songs that would later be mixed by Moncho Campa. Songs recorded there will be released as three separate singles. This, The Ansar EP, is one of them. Side A has two new original and unreleased tracks right in line with their super raw and energetic LP with an intensity that comes closer to the experience of seeing them live. In addition, side B has two covers, a surprisingly rocking and rough "Distant Smile" (Ultravox) done in their own style, and "Ain't no Feeble Bastard" (Discharge) which is transformed into a brutal Castilian version here with "No soy un Borrego." All of that wrapped up in luxurious artwork (by Screaming Mario Loco again) with a cover they're going to talk about.
