Something that this country was not ready for at that time. However, the album was also praised by the more restless-natured listeners. Their third and last work, "My Deaf Pink Love" (1991), a mini-LP signed as a Josetxo solo project, was recorded in France and released by Munster Records, indie label fan of Los Bichos. For the occasion, more straightforward and rawer tracks were recorded, including a cover of Lee Hazlewood's "Sand". Now, Munster Records makes a dream come true, compiling one of their favourite bands in a double CD titled '1991 - 1989', all of it under the supervision of Josetxo Ezponda himself who selected 36 tracks -the most representative songs of the band in his opinion- and wrote the true history of Los Bichos in 10 chapters that come with a great deal of previously unreleased and exclusive photographs and graphic material.A unique document aimed to pay tribute and recover a unique, unrepeatable and necessary band. |
