An apetizer for our upcoming BOOK (in Spanish) of La Banda Trapera. Two previously unreleased tracks of this spanish punk legends. The title track is a studio cut recorded 1980 (between their first and second album), while the flipside is an earlier live recording, from the Second Barcelona Punk Festival (February 18th, 1978) titled "Diego´s jerkoff". This is a re-edition with a different cover of unedited photographs (the work of the great photographer, Salvador Costa) of the first single from the Barcelona-born (Spain) band from 1978, released by Discos Belter. Both songs appear on their first LP recorded by Morfi, Maderas, Rafa Pulido, el Llobregat and Rockitas. This is a singe which could actually cost as much as 60 Euros on the collectors’ market.

BASURA 'No Seas Lesbiana Mi Amor' (7")

El zeitgeist del punk barcelonés tuvo lugar la tarde-noche del domingo cuatro de diciembre de 1977. Su verdadera presentación al mundo fue en el histórico festival punk en la Alianza del Poble Nou. Lo de festival punk en realidad, aunque le pusieran una etiqueta "made in England", eran ganas de hacer música a toda pastilla para combatir el aburrimiento reinante. Allí estaba la Trapera junto a grupos que habían metido en la etiqueta punk como Peligro, o gente que hacía rhythm & blues, caso de Basura o Mortimer, y Ramoncín y W.C.? Como haría con la Trapera, el periodista Carlos Carrero introduciría a Basura en la folklórica compañía Belter, donde en 1978 les produce «No seas lesbiana mi amor», gamberra viñeta garajera de las que harían polémico a Panotxa, lider de la formación con un sentido del humor muy catalán (le dedicaría esa otra oda fundacional del punk autónomo junto a «Ciutat podrida» de la Trapera, «Nineta estúpida», a la periodista Bertha M. Yebra de Popular 1).

BICHOS, LOS 'Shadow Girl' (7" EP)

This is an early release single from the limited edition of what will be the definitive Los Bichos anthology, “1991-1988” (double CD + book). Appearing on side A are “Shadow Girl”, from their first LP “Color Hits” (Oihuka, 1989), and “I’m Inside Her” from their second double LP -the acclaimed “Bitter Pink” (Oihuka, 1991). There are two unedited songs extracted from their first 1988 demo on side B, “El Sueño Rojo” and Phil Spector’s “To Know Me is to Love Me”. Don’t forgot, they were the biggest band in Pamplona (Spain)!!!!
